Registrations are non refundable once confirmed. Cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization or request a credit toward a future conference. Substitution and credit requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant prior to badge issuance and before the registered attendee has participated in any portion of the conference.

Please note that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Attendees are responsible for managing their own hotel arrangements.

Loud, abusive, or defamatory language, harassment, unprofessional or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time. If such conduct is engaged in by a registrant, please be advised that the conference organizers may cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party.

The event registration constitutes a limited revocable license to attend the current event. The event registrations may be revoked at any time for any reason. 

We have the sole discretion over admission at all times and shall strictly enforce all event rules. Attendees agree to abide by the attendance rules, which may be updated at any time. Violators risk immediate confiscation of their event badge without refund and removal from event. Violators will not be allowed re-entry.

The conference, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline the registration of any applicant. Applicants must provide full information when registering, in accordance with registration terms and conditions.

Please note that all elements of the conference program and agenda, including topics, sessions, events, speakers, and times, are subject to change. The conference organizers reserve the right to make adjustments such as removing, modifying, editing, canceling, or adding content at any time to ensure the event's success and relevance. Changes may occur due to speaker schedules or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to deliver an exceptional conference experience.

By registering for the conference, you grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use your company or agency name and logo to acknowledge and promote your attendance at the event, including but not limited to our attendee list, “Who Attends” section on our website, emails, and other conference materials. Use will be limited to factual recognition of attendance and will not imply sponsorship or endorsement of conference.

If you do not grant permission, please email us with your organization’s name and we will refrain from using or will remove your logo within a reasonable timeframe.
