VIP Attendee

  • $1,395 early rate (through August 7, 2026)
  • $1,595 after August 7
  • $1,795 after September 11

Airport Authorities & Public Sector

Complimentary registration is available for qualified public sector representatives, including airport authorities, airport sponsors, and government infrastructure agencies.

Exhibitors (Standard Exhibition Space)

  • $3,500 early rate (through August 7, 2026)
  • $3,750 after August 7
  • $4,000 after September 11

Each registration type includes access to conference programming, networking sessions, and related events, with enhanced benefits available for VIP attendees and exhibitors.

Are there any special offers on registration:

Yes. Complimentary registration is available for qualified public sector representatives, including airport authorities, airport sponsors, and government infrastructure agencies at the local, state, and federal levels.

In addition, early registration rates are offered for general attendees, VIP attendees, and exhibitors for a limited time. These discounted rates increase as the conference approaches, so registering early is recommended to secure the best pricing.

What is the cancellation and substitution policy for the conference?

Registrations are non refundable once confirmed. Cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization or request a credit toward a future conference. Substitution and credit requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant prior to badge issuance and before the registered attendee has participated in any portion of the conference.

Please note that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Attendees are responsible for managing their own hotel arrangements.
