The Airport Development & Investment Conference is designed for senior leaders responsible for planning, financing, and delivering airport infrastructure.

For general and VIP attendees, rates rise in three steps, so registering early secures the best pricing:

Registrations are non refundable once confirmed. Cancellations and no shows will not receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization or request a credit toward a future conference. Substitution and credit requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant prior to badge issuance and before the registered attendee has participated in any portion of the conference.

Please note that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Attendees are responsible for managing their own hotel arrangements.
