CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  • SUBSTITUTION & CREDIT POLICY

    If you are unable to attend the conference after securing your registration, you may transfer your pass to a colleague within your organization or request a credit toward a future conference.

    Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant prior to badge issuance and before the registered attendee has participated in any portion of the conference.

    If you prefer not to substitute, a credit may be issued for use at a future conference within our portfolio. Credit requests must also be submitted in writing.

    All requests should be directed to contact@housingconferences.com.

    Please note that badges are issued to individuals and are non transferable once printed. Badge sharing or swapping is strictly prohibited.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    Please be advised that once your registration is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Cancellations will not result in a refund, and unattended events (no-shows) are also non-refundable.

    Furthermore, it is important to note that cancelling your registration for the meeting does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. You are responsible for cancelling any hotel arrangements independently.
